About Hayden Pace

My name is on the firm. I take full responsibility for ensuring each of my clients is provided the highest level of service available. I derive a great deal of pride by exceeding each client’s expectations, especially when that client faces a daunting business or legal challenge.
As a trial lawyer, I will not be outworked by the opposition. Focused preparation and intelligent effort enable me to take risks that create results for my clients. But success cannot be achieved without adequate communication. I believe that accessibility and responsiveness are critical components for effective representation, so I provide my cell phone number to my clients during our first meeting. Through active partnerships with my clients, I am able to bring disputes to resolution as swiftly as possible.
I have ten years of experience handling all phases of complex disputes involving claims of significant damages – from pre-litigation investigations and negotiations to trial and appellate proceedings. My experience provides the edge necessary to design a legal strategy best suited to achieve my clients’ goals. My drive provides me the tenacity to forcefully execute the strategy.
My practice is focused on representing individuals and business entities involved in contract disputes, business torts and entertainment-related litigation. I have not only tried bench and jury trials in state and federal courts, but have successfully represented clients in ADR proceedings such as arbitration and mediation.
